摘要 以豆甾醇为原料,通过PCC氧化生成豆甾-4,22-二烯-3,6-二酮,然后在NiCl2存在下用NaBH4还原得到豆甾-22-烯-3β,6β-二醇,接着经过三乙胺-三氧化硫配合物酯化和强酸性丙烯酸型阳离子交换树脂进行钠离子交换,最后得到标题化合物。 The syntheses of sodium 3β,6β-dihydroxystigmast-4,22-diene disulfate was studied using stigmasterol as the starting material.First,stigmast-4,22-dien-3,6-dione was synthesized from stigmasterol,then stigmast-22-en-3β,6β-diol was obtained by the reaction of stigmast-4,22-dien-3,6-dione with the NaBH4-NiCl2 system,finally disodium 3β,6β-dihydroxystigmast-22-ene disulfate was yielded by using the triethylamine-sulfur trioxide compound as the sulfonic-esterification reagent and the cation exchange resin(sodium form) as the agent for exchange of sodium ion.
