摘要
采用气液混合泵投加臭氧,限制引风机出口臭氧浓度在0.2mg/m3以下,在直接蒸发冷却空调样机上进行了循环水净化动态试验。32天的运行结果表明,臭氧投加量为0.03~0.09g/(m3.h),浓缩倍数由1.5逐步提高到4.5,杀菌、缓蚀、阻垢效果明显。对该方法的工业应用提出了建议。
Adopting a gas-liquid mixing pump for putting ozone into water and limiting the ozone concentration at outlet of draught fan lower than 0.2 mg/m^3,carries out the dynamic simulation experiment on a sample equipment of direct evaporative cooling air conditioner.The operation results of 32 days show that the amount of ozone is from 0.03 g/(m^3·h)to 0.09 g/(m^3·h),and that the concentration weight is improved from 1.5 to 4.5,and that the bactericidal,anticorrosion and anti-scale effects are obvious.Proposes some measures for practical application.
