摘要
借助有限元分析软件MSC.Superform对H型钢万能轧制过程进行了模拟,着重讨论了万能轧制过程中腹板的厚度变化。从模拟结果可以看出,当腹板的延伸系数大于翼缘的延伸系数时,轧件出变形区后,出现腹板反弹增厚现象,且随着翼缘和腹板体积比Vf/Vw的变大,腹板反弹增厚量变大。
With the aid of finite element analysis software of MSC. Superform, universal rolling of Hbeam was simulated, and web thickness change during the rolling process was discussed mainly. It indicated that the elongation coefficient of web was larger than that of flange, web thickness was increased as it come out of the roll gap. The larger volume ration Vf/Vw of the flange and web, the bigger web thickness.
