主动呼吸控制系统在肺癌放射治疗靶区个体化设计中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价主动呼吸控制方法在肺癌放射治疗靶区个体化设计中的应用及可行性。方法 对15例肺癌患者在三维适形放疗定位时通过主动呼吸控制系统分别在平静呼吸吸气末和呼气末螺旋CT快速扫描采集图像,将两组图像传输至计划系统,进行图像融合,勾画个体化放疗靶区,并测量病变在平静呼吸时的位移距离。结果全组15均成功进行图像融合,勾画出个体化放射治疗靶区。肺部病变随呼吸运动产生的移动距离(设定X轴为身体左右方向,Y轴为身体前后方向,Z轴为头脚方向),X轴方向为(0.35±0.23)cm(范围0.00—0.80cm),Y轴方向为(0.16±0.15)cm(范围0.00—0.5cm),Z轴方向为(0.90±0.42)cm(范围0.30—1.80cm)。结论 应用主动呼吸控制系统能在肺癌放射治疗靶区勾画中实现个体化设计。
