胰岛素样生长因子-1及其结合蛋白-1与妊娠期高血压病及新生儿体重的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的检测新生儿脐血中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)水平,探讨IGF-1、IGFBP-1与妊娠期高血压病及新生儿体重的关系。方法选择正常孕妇60例,轻度子痫前期孕妇59例,重度子痫前期孕妇67例,采用放射免疫方法测定脐血IGF-1及IGFBP-1水平。结果妊娠期高血压病患者脐血IGF-1与新生儿体重呈正相关,IGFBP-1与新生儿体重呈负相关,且IGF-1水平较正常孕妇低,IGFBP-1水平较正常孕妇高,两者之间存在负相关。结论IGF-1对胎儿生长有重要作用,IGF-1及IGFBP-1可预测妊娠期高血压病病情的轻重。
