University journals,as the carriers of academic achievements of science and research,serves university teaching,scientific research as well as our society.In order to further strengthen its service function,the editorial stuff should enhance the service awareness of their own,contacting more with the world outside and taking efforts to promote the transformation of the academic achievements into the productive force in reality.Simultaneously,it is necessary for them to communicate well with the researchers,experts,professors and enterprises so as to publish the high-quality academic writings in time,which,in turn,as timely feedbacks,can be directed against the scientific research in university.
