摘要
研究了γ射线对菊花的生物学效应.结果表明,菊花品种间的辐射敏感性差别较大,粉紫花色品种突变体较高,而绿色、白色、黄色品种较难诱发花色变异;植株用于诱变处理优于根芽,根芽优于枝条;3种诱变材料适宜诱变剂量为2~3 Gy.
The biological effect of γ rays for Dendrite ma.moratorium Tzvel was investigate.The results show there is significant difference on radio sensitivity of different cultivates of Dendrite ma.moratorium Tzvel.The mutation frequency of pier-purple varieties is difficult to mutate green,white and yellow varieties on flower colour.Plants are better than radical buds,radical buds are better than cutting for mutagenic treatment.The optimum dose for plants,radical buds and cuttings is from 2 to 3 Gy.
