急性心肌梗死患者自体骨髓干细胞移植疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的用介入的方法将自体骨髓干细胞移植入急性心肌梗死部位,观察其安全性及对心功能的改善情况。方法ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者6例,行骨髓干细胞移植+经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI),患者于术前、术后查24 h动态心电图,术前、术后1周、2月、4月均查超声心动图,术后2月、4月行6min步行实验(6 MWT)等检查。结果6例移植患者术前、术后均无不良反应,4个月的观察,未发现新的心律失常,相反原有室性早搏的患者,其较前明显减少。左室射血分数(LVEF)随时间的延长而在增长,差异显著(P<0.05);术后2个月、4个月的6 MWT,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论经冠状动脉自身骨髓干细胞移植安全性好;左室收缩功能明显改善。
