摘要
与不合并冠心病的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者(100例)相比,合并冠心病的T2DM患者(100例)糖尿病病程长、既往有高血压病史、血糖控制差、患糖尿病前摄入鱼或瘦肉较少。调查时BMI和LDL-C水平增高,增加T2DM合并冠心病的危险性。
The logistic regression study of T2DM patients without（n=100） versus with（n=100） coronary heart disease（CHD） showed that the risk factors for T2DM-complicated CHD included the longer diabetes duration,previous history of hypertension,the bad control of hyperglycemia,low intake of fish/meat before diabetes,higher BMI and higher serum LDL level.
