高糖对血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响及卡托普利的干预作用 被引量:1

摘要 人脐静脉内皮细胞培养分5组:正常葡萄糖为对照,高糖浓度有20mmol/L,40mmol/L,20mmol/L糖联合10-5mol/L卡托普利,40mmol/L糖联合10-5mol/L卡托普利。细胞凋亡和Fas、Bcl-2基因表达均用流式细胞仪测定。高糖组均引起细胞凋亡增加,引起Fas表达增加和Bcl-2表达减少。卡托普利能够减少高糖所致细胞凋亡,减少Fas表达,增加Bcl-2表达。  The human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) were cultured in five groups:NG(Glu 5.5 mmol/L,normal control),HG20(Glu 20 mmol/L),HG40(Glu 40 mmol/L),HG20-Cap(Glu 20 mmol/L,Cap10-5 mol/L) and HG40-Cap(Glu 40 mmol/L,Cap10-5 mol/L).Apoptosis of the cells and the expressions of Fas,Bcl-2 were determined and evaluated by flow cytometry.Exposure to HG resulted in an increase in apoptosis in both HG20 and HG40 groups(P〈0.01).HG enhanced the expression of Fas and decreased Bcl-2 expression.Captopril reduced high-glucose-induced HUVEC apoptosis accompanied by a decrease of Fas expression and an increase of Bcl-2 expression.
