摘要
对普通调温除湿机的调温盲区进行模拟计算,旨在提供一种计算调温盲区的数学方法,并为实验研究提供理论依据。计算过程中,分别对压缩机、蒸发器、水冷冷凝器、风冷冷凝器建立稳态集中参数模型。根据系统的能量平衡求得风冷冷凝器换热量,以此计算机组的出风温度,从而计算机组的调温盲区。实例证明了该方法的准确性及普适性。
A method on calculating the temperature adjustable blind area of the general temperature adjustable dehumidifer is supplied in this paper, in order to validate the experimental study in theory. The steady lumped parameter models consisted of compressor, evaporator, water-cooled condenser and air-cooled condenser are builded. According to the energy equalization of system, the quantity of the heat exchange for air-cooled condenser is obtained, then the air-outlet temperature of the dehumidifier unit can be calculated, so as to the temperature adjustable blind area is the aim. Finally, an example verifies the accuracy and catholicness of the calculating method.
