摘要
在以快速生产为目标的企业信息管理系统中,为提高产品的设计效率,有必要建立符合企业要求的标准件库。UGNX4.0以PDW为平台,运用UG表达式和UG电子表格Excel功能,开发制定了冷冲模标准件库,该标准库与UG、PDW有机地结合在一起,使用方便,同时以创建模柄零件库为例说明了开发过程。
In the information management system of enterprise which regard the rapid production as the goal, in order to improve the efficiency of design ,it is necessary, to build the corresponding standard part library which fits the damands of enterprise. Take PDW as the platform, using the UG expression and UG spreadsheet function, development cold-punching mould standard part library which organic unified in together with UG and PDW, and easy to operate. The developed process has explained at the same time with creating shank parts library for the example.
