摘要
文章认为特许经营这种商业运作模式有初级和高级发展阶段,分别对应着依靠有形商品赚钱的"初级盈利模式"和依靠无形资产赚钱的"高级盈利模式"这两种不同的盈利模式。
The paper put forward that, there are primary and advance phrases of franchise business model. Accordingly, there are ＂primary profit model＂ and ＂advance profit model＂ respectively. The former model＇s profit depends on product and the latter is ＂invisible-capital＂.
