Advancing the reform of state-owned enterprise by enhancing the construction of competence

文章结合中国国企改革中的具体实践,提出应从多个方面加强能力建设,提升国有企业的竞争能力。

Combined with idiographic practice of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, this paper pointed out that we should enhance the construction of competence from many aspects to advance the competition of state-owned enterprises.
