国家助学贷款面临的两大难题与破解对策

Two Problems Confronted the State Student Loan System and the Countermeasures

1999年,国家推出国家助学贷款政策,旨在帮助品学兼优的困难学生顺利完成学业,保障教育公平化、普及化,提高我国人口整体素质。由于助学贷款在我国还属新兴事物,虽然在这几年的实施过程中不断改进和完善,但仍有些难题需要政府、银行、学校共同努力,寻求更好的解决方法。

In 1999, the Chinese government put forward a Government - Subsidized Student Loans Scheme for the purpose of helping those diligent students with a poor family background to be able to complete their studies as well as ensuring the equity, universalization in education and improving the overall quality of people in our country. Although this scheme has undergone unceasing improvement after several years＇ implementation, there are still some difficult problems which require the joint effort of the government, the bank and the school to seek better solution since the concept of Government- Subsidized Student Loans is a newly sprouted thing. This article points out some of the problems we encoun- tered and gives some suggestions on how to solve them.
