摘要
薪酬体系的设计是人力资源管理的一个重要环节,本文提出了针对高校教师薪酬体系的设计。该体系设想以个性化的薪酬来激励教师,包括物质激励和精神激励。
The design of salary system plays an important role in managing manpower resource. The thesis focuses on the design of salary system for college teachers. In this system, individual salary, which includes material and spiritual rewards, is assumed to encourage college teachers.
