摘要
本文提出了基于设计暴雨、设计洪水条件下,应用短期停蓄法原理计算涝区排水模数理论体系。该方法理论依据充分,宜于移用。
The paper puts the drainage modulus theory system of short-term stopping storage theory calculation in waterlogging region based on the condition of design storm rainfall and design flood. This method has the sufficient theory basis ,it is suitable for the utilization.
