摘要 目的观察急性冠脉综合征患者的血清中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的变化。方法运用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测38例急性冠脉综合征患者和30例慢性稳定型心绞痛患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和MMP9及MMP2水平。结果发现急性冠脉综合征患者较慢性稳定型心绞痛患者的血清CRP(3.61±1.69 vs 1.64±1.53mg/L,P<0.01)显著增高,而且血清MMP9亦显著增高(257.70±110.28mg/L vs 144.71±113.31mg/L,P<0.01)。结论炎症反应参与了动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定的发生,MMP9也是导致粥样斑块不稳定的因素之一。 Objective To investigate the change of serum MMP9 in acute coronary artery syndrome. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure C-reactive protein,MMP9 and MMP2 in serum of 38 cases of acute coronary artery disease and 30 cases of chronic stable angina. Results Comparing with chronic stable angina group patients,C-reactive protein was significantly elevated in acute coronary artery syndrome group (3.61 ± 1.69mg/L vs 1.64 ±1.53mg/L,P 〈0.01), MMP9 was also significantly increased in acute coronary artery syndrome group ( 257.70± 110.28mg/L vs 144.71 ± 113.31 mg/L,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Inflammation might take part in unstable atherosclerotic plaque,and MMP9 might be one of the reasons to unstable atherosclerotic plaque.
