摘要
以产业结构和人才资源优化配置理论为指导,从宏观经济角度,以翔实的数据和确凿的论据,论述了近期邮电人才结构存在的弊端。
Under system theory,industrial structure and optimum allocation of talent resource,from the point of view of macroeconomics,with accurate data and irrefutable facts,the existing personnel abuse is presented in recent post and telecommunication industry.The tactics of how to scientifically adjust talent structure in the industry is deeply studied.
