摘要
在分析PVDF敏感特性的基础上，阐述了用核材料研制的三维腕力传感器、阵列压力传感器及热觉传感器，给出了三种传感器的结构及相应信号处理方法．
discussing the performance of PVDF, the paper illustrates three examples of PVDF using in robot sensors: three dimension wrist force sensor、tactile force array and themo sensor. Sensor's structure and signal processing are also proposed in the paper.
