摘要
针对现实生产、生活环境中包含大量不确定性因素的特点,运用不确定数学理论探讨随机环境下资源分配与运输的优化问题。模型以可信性理论为基础,综合考虑用户需求量、供方供给量为不确定的随机变量时,优化模型的建立,设计了在随机环境中两种条件下资源分配与运输优化的机会约束规划模型。并利用随机模拟的遗传算法,结合一实例进行分析和计算,显示该模型较为贴近实际,体现了模型的正确性。
In view of a groat number of uncertainty factors in actual production and life, optimization of the resource distribution and convey in swochastic environment is discussed on the basis of the unascertained math theory. Based on credibility theory, and with demand and supply as random variables, two CCP models of the resource distribution and convey are set up. With a case analyzed and calculated by the genetic algorithms of stochastic sinmlation, the model shows its practicality and rightness.
