空肠弯曲菌保存方法的比较

The comparison of preservation methods of campylobacter species

空肠弯曲菌是近年来在全球范围内被广泛重视的人畜共患病病原菌,该菌培养条件苛刻,菌株不易保存。为了解决保存难这一难题,此实验对七种通常用于空肠弯曲菌保存的方法,进行了详细的比较和研究。结果表明温度在-70℃适合于菌株的长期保存,温度在2℃～8℃保存时间较短,但操作简便,适用于菌株的暂时保存。

Campylobacter is considered to be the leading cause of human food-borne pathogen. It＇s difficult to culture and preserve. In order to solve this problem, we compared seven methods that used to preserve the bacteria in detail. The results shew that the temperature was at -70 ℃ fit the bacteria for long-term storage. The temperature at 2 ℃～8℃ can preserve the bacteria for a short-term, but it was simple and convenient in operation.
