从测绘就业市场反思本科教学计划

Discussion on Teaching Plan for the Specialty of Surveying and Mapping based on Its Employment Market

教学计划是培养人才的主导性文件,反映培养出的人才所具备的知识结构层次和工作能力。教学计划规定了什么时间设置什么样的课程以及课程的学时学分,它规定了人才培养的基本模式。文中以测绘工程专业为例分析了大学生就业比较困难的主要原因是由于大学制定的教学计划不合理,培养的学生不能适应市场的需求,因此,提出对测绘工程专业教学计划进行改革的几个思路。

A teaching plan is dominant document for talent training and can reflect talents' knowledge structure and work ability,because in which when and which courses are arranged as well as class hours and credits of these courses are provided,and the basic mode for talent training is also offered.In the paper,taking the specialty of surveying and mapping for example,an analysis is made that the main reason why the university students are difficult to get jobs is irrational teaching plan stipulated in most of universities,which causes the students trained could not meet requirements of the market.What's more,some ideas of reform in teaching plan for such specialty are put forward as well in the paper.
