基于GIS的土地利用总体规划管理信息系统的构建

选取美国MapInfo公司的组件式地理信息系统软件MapX,应用通用开发语言Visual Basic 6.0,采用SQLServer关系型数据库,设计开发了县级土地利用总体规划管理信息系统,并将该系统应用于广西壮族自治区东兴市的土地利用总体规划设计中,取得了满意的结果。据此,在论述其设计思想和原理的基础上,详细阐述基于组件式GIS的县级土地总体规划管理信息系统的总体设计框架、数据库的建立以及系统所能实现的基本功能。

Based on Corn- GIS by means of MapX of Maplnfo,the development language of Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server, the design thought and principle, the over framework, database establishment and the basic function of land use planning management information system are described for district county wits an example.
