在构建城市和谐社会的背景下,围墙作为反映相邻物权关系的边界标志物,在城市居住隔离、居民财产安全、领域场所意义等方面,其自身的存在与否、空间位置以及具体形式等方面都对社区有着不可忽视的或积极或消极的影响,这些对城市中相关居民的生活是否和谐有着重要的作用。运用社会心理学知识和法理学工具,围绕物权中的相邻关系,以案例分析的方式对规划管理中的围墙社会纠纷问题进行剖析,并给出一般的规划管理策略。

In the background of constructng harmonious society, we should not ignore the party wall, which indicates the neighbour rights, especia of residential segregation Ily in the case property security and environment meaning. Party wa can affect the relation of inhabitants in community positively or passively through being or beingless, locality and form of wall. In this paper some cases are showed to analyze the neighbour rights of party wall by the psychology and law tools in the planning management, and countermeasures are brought forth
