浅析城建档案电子文件归档的制约因素及对策

An Initial Study on Restrict Factors and Countermeasures of Filing Electronic Urban Construction Archive Records

电子文件的接收和归档对丰富城建档案信息资源、加快城建档案信息化和标准化的步伐具有重要意义,但是目前仅仅停留在理论研究层面,尚未进入更深层次的实践操作阶段。试从城建档案电子文件归档的理论和现状出发,阐述制约电子文件归档进程的主要因素,并提出相应的对策建议。

Filing of electronic records means great deal in speeding up the progress of informatization and standardzation of urban construction archive. AIthough deeply theoretically studied, it has not been put into practice. On the basis of analyzing the present conditions, this paper proposes some suggestions on quickening the filing of electronic urban construction archive records
