β-七叶皂甙钠对缺氧缺血性脑损伤大鼠神经细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察β-七叶皂甙钠对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡表达的影响。方法22只SD新生大鼠根据损伤及治疗情况分为空白组、损伤组、治疗组,观察药物治疗前后大鼠凋亡情况。损伤后12d处死动物,损伤脑组织标本行组织学切片、HE染色;行免疫组织化学检测凋亡因子Fas;TUNEL标记凋亡细胞;比较各组间差异。结果损伤后神经细胞凋亡明显存在;治疗组用药后神经细胞凋亡表达得到有效抑制,且与损伤组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。损伤组凋亡阳性细胞明显多于治疗组。结论缺氧缺血性脑病的大鼠脑组织存在细胞凋亡,β-七叶皂甙钠能抑制神经细胞凋亡,对损神经细胞具有保护作用。
