摘要 本文对新生儿呼吸支持中最常用的模式-持续呼吸道正压(CPAP)和相对特殊的撤离模式-压力支持(SPV)从基本原理、发展历史、临床应用及优缺点进行了系统介绍,使读者能较全面地了解上述模式在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的应用与选择。作者重点对新型CPAP的原理、临床适应症以及PSV在新生儿呼吸机撤离中的价值进行了客观评价。
