摘要
实验表明激光谐振腔内加入一个适当大小的位相光用可以改善腔模,输出特性也相应得到改善。本文用有源模型分析计算了此类腔的模式,并计算了其远场光强分布。结果表明光闹的大小和厚度对腔模的影响很明显,利用该有源模型程序可以优化此类光腔的设计。
It is observed by the experiment that the mode patterns of laser resonator can be improved by a suitable phase aperture in the resonator. We have calculated the mode patterns of the loaded resonator and its optical intensity distribution at far-field. The result indicates that the aperture can change the resonator mode patterns so that higher power is output.An optimal designing of laser resonator can be done using the model and program.
