摘要
杜氏藻是世界范围内高盐度盐湖的主要初级生产者,具有重要的生态学意义。杜氏藻还是耐盐性最强的真核生物,是研究抗盐性生理及其分子机制的方便的模式生物。杜氏藻富含胡萝卜素及高蛋白,可以直接作为食品,或作为精细化工生产胡萝卜素的原料;而且还是表达外源蛋白的新型生物反应器。文章从历史发展的角度,对百余年来杜氏藻研究的进程和重要的研究成果进行了回顾和评述,并对今后的研究前景做了展望。
Dunaliella, which was the major primary produce in highly saline environment all over the world, had important ecological role. It was the most salt tolerent eukaryote and the model organism to study the molecular mechanism of saline tolerent physiology. Dunaliella accumulated rich carotene and protein, and it's also a valuable nature food or as the chemical material to produce carotene, It was the new - type bioreactor to express foreign protein in it, This paper reviewed the research results of Dunaliella for more than one hundrand years on the piont of history development view, and prospected the study in the future,
