摘要
本文阐述了SRD倍频器进行温度补偿的原理。采用“最小二乘法”建立的补偿网络,成功地对S波段微带六倍频器进行温度补偿。
This paper introduces the temperature compensation principle of SRD multiplier,compensation network established with the help of least square method is successfully used in temperature compensation of S band microstrip 6 times frequency multiplier.
