摘要
本文针对现有电子束曝光机在图形处理过程中存在的一些问题，提出了以辅配微机来增强原机处理能力的方法。对曝光机的图形处理过程及异机通讯等问题作了较详细的介绍。
For solving some problems in pattern data processing of precent electronbeam exposure machine,a method to enhance it's processing ability with auxil-iary microcomputer is provided. The pattern data processing in the machine andthe communication between the different computers are described in detail.
