摘要 多种心脏疾病发展到一定阶段的共同病理表现是心血管纤维化。松弛素从多方面:包括抑制成纤维细胞增殖和分化,抑制胶原的合成和分泌,上调基质金属蛋白酶,拮抗促纤维化因子的作用和逆转心血管纤维化。松弛素抗心血管纤维化具有起效迅速,对正常组织没有影响等优点。松弛素成为防治心肌纤维化的新的靶分子。 　Cardiovascular fibrosis is the common pathological manifestation of many heart diseases.Relaxin inhibits fibrosis through several mechanisms as follows relaxin inhibits fibroblast function,collagen synthesis/secretion and the influence of several profibrotic factors.Relaxin stimulates MMP expression.Relaxin rapidly inhibits cardiovascular fibrosis and has no effect on normal tissue.It is a potential and selective antifibrotic target of cardiovascular diseases.
