摘要
通过对广东电网揭阳站220kV 3号主变扩建工程现场局放试验不合格事件及其采用的修复措施进行论述,提出了在电网建设中应委善采取返修措施,并贯彻电力设备制造全过程监理的启示。
By illustrating the unqualified partial discharge and the taken measures of No.3 220kV transformer in Jieyang substation, this paper gives the introspections of supervision work, such as proper repair measures and whole-process supervision of power equipments.
