摘要
齐齐哈尔市是我国及黑龙江省马铃薯重要产区,发展马铃薯产业是齐齐哈尔市农业战略性调整的重点任务。在目前条件下,提出齐齐哈尔市马铃薯产业发展的建议:做好区域定位和布局,形成各具特色的马铃薯种薯、商品薯、原料薯专业产区;营造宽松环境,进一步完善马铃薯商品销售服务体系;在技术上,不断培育优质专用的品种,研究生产技术,完善种薯生产技术体系和规模化程度,给马铃薯产业化发展以技术支持。
