摘要
观察了7个抗茄子主要病虫害的近缘种质,并与栽培茄进行了初步的种间杂交研究。结果表明,这些近缘种在南京地区均能健壮生长并开花结果,但部分植物学性状特别是果实性状多为劣质性状。茄子与其近缘种质间存在着严重的种间杂交障碍,基因型和正反交差异是影响杂交成功与否的重要因素。通过选用不同的基因型进行正反交共获得种间杂种12个,为近缘种中优良基因的利用奠定了基础。
Seven related species with resistance to major pests and diseases of eggplant were introduced and crossed with cultivars of eggplant. The results indicated that all the related species could grow well and bear fruits in Nanjing area, but part of their botanic traits, especially fruit traits, were poor. There was a crossing barrier between eggplant cultivars and related species. The differences in genotype and reciprocal cross were important factors influencing successful cross. Twelve interspecific hybrids were obtained through reciprocal cross between different genotypes, which laid a foundation of using the related species with resistance to pests and diseases.
