18~25岁无鼾正常人上气道X线头影测量与磁共振影像比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较磁共振三维影像与头影测量二维影像测量数据,分析上气道三维成像与二维成像的相关关系,探讨上气道及周围器官在二维影像特点,提高二维影像技术在OSAS诊断中的应用价值,为临床快速简捷诊断OSAS提供依据。方法30名18-25岁无鼾正常[牙合]人,摄制上气道的磁共振及x线头颅侧位片,分别对两者影像资料的上气道及周围器官软腭及舌体进行数据分析。结果x线头影测量二维影像与MRI三维影像指标比较,软腭厚度、口咽面积、舌体长度二维影像指标与MRI三维影像指标相关程度较好(P〈0.05);鼻咽、喉咽、软腭最大面积、软腭长度、舌最大面积、舌高度相关程度差。结论在有关上气道及周围器官形态结构研究中x线头影测量二维影像不能替代三维影像,但头影测量可准确反映舌、软腭及口咽形态,在一定程度上反映软腭、舌的大小,能较真实的反映上气道及周围器官的改变,可作为诊断OSAS疾患的较好的影像学方法。 Objective To investigate the relation of MRI and cephalometrics was studied. The behavior of the upper airways and peripheral organs was discussed to provide the most economical and practical way to diagnose OSAS quickly. Methods Thirty non-apnea students were chosen, age from 18 to 25 who took both MRI and the X-ray cephalometrics. The thickness, length and the maximum section of the soft palate; the height, length, and maximum section of the tongue, NPAA, OPAA, etc were obtained too. SPSS 10.5 software was used to analyze statistically. Results The rectilinear related analysis of the upper airway, soft palate and tongue through MRI and X-ray revealed that the thickness of soft palate, the length of the tongue and oropharynx were related to each other ( P 〈 0.05), while the maximum section and the thickness of nasopharynx, hypopharynx and soft palate, and the maximum section of the tongue were not highly related. Conclusion ①The cephalometrics can not be used as substitute of MRI in imaging diagnosis. ②The cephalometrics is diagnosically valuable to tongue, soft palate and oropharynx. ③The cephalometrics is an extremely valuable imaging method to study upper airway and the surround structurs, it can play a role in diagnosing and treating the patients with OSAS.
