氯吡格雷对射频导管消融术血栓前状态的临床干预 被引量:2

摘要 将60例行射频导管消融术(RFCA)的阵发性室上性心动过速患者随机分成两组,治疗组术前3 d口服氯吡格雷150 mg/d;对照组术前不用药。分别于术前、电生理检查(EPS)后、术后即刻、术后2 d测定血浆内皮素(ET)、血小板α颗粒膜糖蛋白140(GMP-140)、血栓烷(TXB2)和D-二聚体(DD),比较两组各项指标变化。结果显示,两组ET各时间点比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);与术前比较,对照组其他时间点血浆GMP-140、TXB2和DD明显增加(P<0.05,<0.01),治疗组无明显变化,与对照组比较P<0.05,<0.01;左、右心导管操作对各项指标无明显影响。提示氯吡格雷可减轻RFCA引起的血栓前状态。
