数字频谱分析方法在高速开关时间抖动测量的应用

摘要 开关的时间抖动是开关的重要特性。高速开关特别是开关时间为纳秒量级的高速开关的时间抖动是很小的,其影响通常可忽略。但是对于某些同步定时精度要求特别高的场合,开关的时间抖动往往成为影响系统性能的关键因素。对于高速开关,由于抖动时间往往是非常小的,在时域进行直接测量时对测量仪器的要求很高。本文采用数字频谱分析的方法对高速开关的时间抖动进行了分析,进而提出了一种在频域高精度测量高速开关时间抖动的方法,从而降低了对测量仪器的要求。 The jitter is an important feature of a switch, yet its effect is often neglected since it is very little. But the jitter of a switch will become a fatal factor which decrease the system performance if the requisition for the timing accuracy is very high. It is very difficult to measure the jitter by oscillator since it is very little. In this paper a digital spectra analysis method to measure the jitter is suggested. By this method,the requisition for the measuring instrument is low,and the accuracy of measurement is very high.
