摘要
目的探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)三维重建图像(3DCT)在眼眶骨折的临床应用价值,以提高该病的诊断水平。方法83例眼眶骨折患者均行横断位HRCT检查,其中23例又行冠状位扫描。均作骨算法、重建冠状位图像、矢状位图像及3DCT成像。结果83例眼眶骨折中眶缘骨折11例,58例眶内侧壁骨折,眶下壁骨折14例。结论HRCT的3DCT图像能细致地显示眼眶区的解剖结构,全面、准确观察眼眶骨折的部位、程度及其异常改变,为影像诊断和法医学鉴定提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To study the clinical value of high resolution computerized tomography(HRCT)and three dimensional(3DCT)reconstruction in orbital fractures,in order to improve the diagnostic level of orbital fractures.Methods Eighty-three csaes of orbital fracture were performed with axis position HRCT,and 23 cases with coronal position at the same time,including bone arithmetic,coronal position image reconstruction,sagittalis position and three-dimensional imagings.Results Among 83 cases of orbital fractures,11 cases were orbital border fractures,58 cases were paries medialis orbitae fractures,16 cases were paries inferior orbitae fractures.Conclusion HRCT can reveals anatomical construction of orbital cavity,and can show the part and degree of fractures completely and exactly,further more can provid credible gist for imaging diagnosis and medicolegal expertise.
