关节镜下膝关节盘状半月板损伤的治疗

Treatment of discoid meniscus injury under arthroscope

目的探讨关节镜下盘状半月板损伤的治疗方法与效果。方法30例(30膝)盘状半月板损伤,28例行关节镜下成形术,1例因半月板自关节囊缘较广泛撕裂无法成形而行全切术,1例因复杂撕裂无法保留行全切术。结果按Tegner膝关节功能标准评价:显效19例(63.3%),有效9例(30.0%),尚可2例(6.7%)。结论关节镜下盘状半月板成形术治疗盘状半月板损伤可获得较好疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic method and effect of discoid meniscus injury under arthroscope.Methods Among thirty patients with discoid menisci injury,twenty-eight patients were performed with discoid meniscus plasty under arthroscope,one patient with extensive laceration in the joint capsule rim was performed with total meniscectomy under arthroscope,one patient with complicated laceration underwent total meniscectomy under arthroscope.Results Bases on Tegner criterion,nineteen cases（63.3%） were excellent,nine cases（30%） were good,two cases（6.7%） were fair.Conclusion The treatment of discoid meniscus plasty under arthroscope for discoid meniscus injury can obtain good effect.
