颈段食管癌的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of cervical esophageal cancer

目的探讨颈段食管癌的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析26例颈段食管癌患者的外科治疗临床资料。结果T2期生存3 a者2例,生存5 a者1例;T3、T4期生存3 a者9例,生存5 a者2例。出现并发症5例,发生率为18%。结论颈段食管癌彻底切除肿瘤及受侵组织,清扫颈淋巴结,一期修复重建,联合放疗化疗,可以提高患者的术后生存率和生存质量。

Objective To study the surgical treatment of cervical esophageal cancer.Methods The data of 26 cases of cervical esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two patients in T2 and 9 patients in T3,T4 survived 3 years,1 patient in T2 and 2 patients in T3,T4 survived 5 years.Complications appeared in 5 cases,the incidence rate was 18%.Conclusion Combinding the tumor resection,radical neck dissection,primary repair,radiotherapy and chemotherapy can increase the survival rate and quality of life.
