摘要
本文叙述了用一台高功率二氧化碳激光器在20钢表面所作的TiC-WC-B4C-Co金属陶瓷的熔覆实验,对熔覆层的显微组织特征和性能进行了测试和分析。
An experimental results of metal ceramic cladding treatment on No.20 carbon steel surface with TiC WC B 4C Co irradiated by a high power CW CO 2 laser are presented,in this paper.The micro structural characteristics and performance of the laser cladding layer are observed,examined and analyzed.Finally,a preliminary discussion of formation mechanism of the microstructure is also carried out.
