水中氢氧化氧铁催化水合肼还原芳香族硝基化合物 被引量:4

Reduction of Aromatic Nitro Compounds with Hydrazine Hydrate Catalyzed by Iron Oxide Hydroxide in Water

摘要 以NaOH溶液快速沉淀FeCl3溶液制备了催化剂FeO(OH).在水中用FeO(OH)催化水合肼还原芳香族硝基化合物得到芳胺.以邻硝基甲苯为底物,考察了水合肼用量、催化剂FeO(OH)用量和反应时间对邻甲基苯胺收率的影响.较优的反应条件是:n(水合肼)∶n(邻硝基甲苯)=2∶1,邻硝基甲苯4.11 g(30 mmol),FeO(OH)0.45g,反应50 min,反应温度80℃,溶剂为15 mL水.在此条件下邻甲基苯胺的收率达到98%. In water,a few of aromatic nitro compounds have been reduced in good yield to the corresponding anilines with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of an iron oxide hydroxide catalyst prepared by rapid precipitation from solution of iron( Ⅲ ) chloride with sodium hydroxide. The effect of various factors in the process of reduction of o-nitrotoluene is investigated. The results show that under the conditions of n (hydrazine hydrate) : n (o- nitrotoluene) =2:1, the quantity of o-nitrotoluene 4.11 g(30 mmol), the quanitity of catalyst FeO(OH) 0.45 g, the reaction time for 1.0 h, the temperature of 80 ℃ and 15 mL water as solvent, the yield is 98 %.
