Co^(2+)掺杂TiO_2-SiO_2的制备及其光催化活性

摘要 用自组装技术合成了Co2+掺杂的TiO2-SiO2粒子并讨论了其光催化活性.以TiCl4为原料用溶胶-凝胶方法合成TiO2溶胶,样品经SEM,EDS,XRD等进行了表征.实验结果表明:经500℃煅烧Co2+掺杂的TiO2-SiO2为锐钛矿型结构,SiO2粒子表面的纳米TiO2具有较好的均匀性和致密性;TiO2的含量随覆盖层的增加而增多;适量Co2+的掺杂可提高TiO2-SiO2的光催化性能. Co^2+ -doped TiO2-coated SiO2 (TiO2- SiO2 ) particles were prepared by layer-by-layer assembly technique and their photocatalytic property was studied. TiO2 colloids were synthesized by the sol-gel method using TiCI4 as a precursor. The samples were characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD techniques. The experimental results showed that TiO2 nanopowders on the surface of SiO2 particles was well distributed, the amount of TiO2 was increased with coating layers added, the pure anatase-TiO2 coating layers were synthesized at 500℃, and the photocatalytic activity of Co^2+ -doped TiO2-SiO2 was higher than that of undoped TiO2-SiO2.
