家庭治疗对抑郁症患者家庭功能缺陷的作用

The effect of domestic treatment to depression patients with family function defect

目的探讨家庭治疗对抑郁症患者家庭功能缺陷的作用。方法采用家庭环境量表中文版（FES-CV）评定患者家庭功能缺陷情况以及治疗后的效果。研究组和对照组同时应用抗抑郁药物,研究组给予家庭治疗8周,观察8周后研究组与对照组家庭功能缺陷的纠正情况。结果抑郁症患者存在明显的家庭功能缺陷,研究组与对照组治疗前各分量表比较（P〉0.05）,具有较好的可比性。治疗后2组比较亲密性[（6.9±3.9）分,5.2±2.8）分]、情感表达[（5.2±3.5）分,（4.0±2.9）分]、矛盾性[（2.7±1.6）分,（3.8±2.5）分]、独立性[（5.1±3.1）分,（3.9±2.6）分]、成功性[（6.4±3.8）分,（4.6±3.2）分]、娱乐性[（4.2±2.3）分,（3.1±2.9）分]、组织性[（6.2±3.4）分,（5.1±3.9）分]、控制性[（3.2±2.4）分,（2.8±2.1）分]等方面均有明显的改善（P〈0.01）。结论家庭治疗对抑郁症患者家庭功能缺陷有改善作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of domestic treatment to depression patients with family function defect. Methods Adopt the Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version （FES-CV） to evaluate the condition of patients＇family function defect and the effect after the treatment. The control group and the treatment group were given antidepressant drugs at the same time. Intervene the treatment group domestic treatment for 8 weeks and observe the two groups＇ conditions of functional defect rectification after 8 weeks. Results The depression patients have evident family function defect. Compare the scores of the two groups （ P〉 0.05 ） , there is good comparability and statistical significance. After treatment, many factors of two groups have obvious improvement（ P〈 0.01 ） ： intimacy （6.9 ± 3.9, 5.2 ± 2.8 ） , emotion expression （ 5.2 ± 3.5, 4.0 ± 2.9 ） , contradiction （ 2.7 ± 1.6, 3.8 ± 2.5）, independence（5.1±3.1, 3.9±2.6）, success（6.4±3.8, 4.6±3.2）, amusement（4.2±2.3, 3.1± 2.9） , sense of organization （ 6.2 ± 3.4, 5.1 ± 3.9） , control（ 3.2 ± 2.4,2.8 ± 2.1 ） and so on （ all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The depression patients have conspicuous family function defect. Accurate evaluation on familial function defect and intervention of domestic treatment in time is the key and necessary component element of depression therapy.
