596例住院网络成瘾青少年心理健康状况的影响因素

Influencing factors on mental health status of 596 young inpatients with internet addiction disorder

目的比较不同情况下住院网络成瘾（Internet Addiction Disorder,IAD）青少年的心理健康状况。方法采用自编与青少年网络成瘾行为有关的调查问卷、网络成瘾临床诊断标准、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）,对来自全国各地在作者所在医院住院治疗的596例IAD青少年施测。结果①女性IAD青少年抑郁、敌对因子分[（2.04±0.88）分、（2.08±0.98）分]高于男性[（1.70±0.68）分、（1.71±0.76）分,P〈0.05]。②主动入院者抑郁因子、总分及阳性项目数[（1.91±0.72）分、（155.6±51.86）分、（37.62±22.76）分]均高于被动入院者[（1.68±0.69）分、（142.18±47.39）分、（31.70±20.73）分,P〈0.05]。③母孕期情绪愉快者强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、阳性项目数及总分[（1.64±0.52）分、（1.69±0.62）分、（1.56±0.57）分、（1.42±0.45）分、（1.44±0.42）分、（29.2±18.0）分、（134.7±34.3）分]均低于母孕期情绪焦虑或抑郁者[（1.98±0.78）分、（2.03±0.82）分、（1.91±0.78）分、（1.72±0.78）分、（1.76±0.82）分、（38.4±23.2）分、（161.0±62.6）分,P〈0.05]。④内向性人格IAD青少年躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、阳性项目数及总分的分值[（1.48±0.55）分、（1.89±0.69）分、（2.03±0.82）分、（1.96±0.77）分、（1.70±0.66）分、（1.52±0.65）分、（1.82±0.79）分、（1.68±0.62）分、（39.0±21.5）分、（159.4±54.0）分]均高于非内向IAD者[（1.32±0.44）分、（1.67±0.56）分、（1.67±0.65）分、（1.60±0.61）分、（1.44±0.54）分、（1.52±0.65）分、（1.82±0.79）分、（1.68±0.62）分、（39.0±21.5）分、（159.4±54.0）分,P〈0.05或P〈0.01]。结论女性、主动入院、母孕期情绪不良及内向性人格的住院IAD青少年心理健康较差,宜给予更多关注。

Objective To compare the mental health status of young inpatients with Internet Addiction Disorder （ IAD ） in different conditions. Methods 596 young IAD inpatients were assessed with a self-designed questionnaire , SCL-90 （ Symptom Checklist 90 ） and EPQ （ Eysenck Personality Questionnaire）. Results ①The female IAD inpatients had higher scores in depression （2.04 ± 0.88 ） and hostility （ 2.08 ± 0.98 ） than did their male counterparts [ （ 1.70 ± 0.68 ）, （ 1.71 ± 0.76）, P 〈 0.05 ]. ②The scores of depression （ 1.91 ± 0.72 ）, total scores （ 155.6 ± 51.86） and number of positive items （37.62 ± 22.76） of IAD inpatients who admitted to hospital actively were higher than those [ （ 1.68 ± 0.69 ） , （ 142.18 ± 47.39 ） , （31.70 ± 20.73 ） , P 〈 0.05 ] of ones who admitted to hospital passively（P 〈0.05 ）. ③The scores of obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity , depression, anxiety, psychoticism,the total score and number of positive items of the young IAD inpatients whose mother was in a good mood during pregnancy were higher than those of ones whose mother in a bad mood during the same period （P 〈 0.05 ） , but no obvious difference in the scores of SCL-90 were observed between IAD inpatients whose mother in moderate and bad moods （ P 〉 0.05 ） during pregnancy. ④The scores of all factors of SCL-90 except hostility of lAD inpatients with introvert personality were higher than those of non-introvert ones（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The mental health statns of young IAD inpatients should be pay more attention if they were female, they admitted to hospital actively,and their mother were in a bad mood during pregnancy and they were an introvert.
