儿童发育性运动协调障碍问卷的信度和效度

Reliability and validity of the developmental coordination disorder questionnaire

目的引进和分析儿童发育性运动协调障碍问卷（DCDQ）的信度和效度。方法以104例幼儿园学生为样本,对DCDQ进行信度、效度评定。结果DCDQ幼儿园版的内部一致性信度α系数为0.905,重测信度为0.715（P〈0.01）。因素分析显示4个因子,它们决定了总方差的65.23%。结论DCDQ信度和效度良好,可以作为筛查儿童发育性运动协调障碍的工具。

Objective To introduce and analyze the reliability and validity of the developmental coordination disorder questionnaire （DCDQ）. Methods 104 students from normal kindergartens were assessed with the developmental coordination disorder questionnaire to evaluate its reliability and validity. Results The α coefficient of the kindergarten edition was 0. 905, the test-retest reliability with a 2-week interval was 0. 715 （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Factor analysis showed that there were four factors in all and they explained 64.38%. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the DCDQ was satisfactory and the DCDQ can be used as a screen tool in the developmental coordination disorder.
