在模具的设计中,滑块的运用是非常广泛的,但过多的运用滑块常常会给后边的装配,调试带来非常大的困难。有时候用摇摆凸模结构来代替滑块结构,本文主要介绍了摇摆凸模的设计制造。

In die designing, the use of slide block is very extensive, but using too many slide blocks, it is very difficult for assembling and testing, sometimes we used the swinging punch instead of slide block structure. In this paper, mainly introduced the design and manufacturing of the swingwing punch.
