摘要
设计一款适用于汽车上具有卡口式零件的注射模.采用单一分型面、侧抽芯方法,符合制造精度的要求,同时采用了镶件组合模式,提高了模具使用寿命,降低了模具成本,对同类制品具有一定的参考价值。
An injection mold for the bayonet parts of automobile was designed, using single parting surface and side core-pulling, it satisfied the required of precision manufacturing. Meanwhile it used the mixed mode of panel board which improved the life of mold and reduced the cost of the mold, it had a certain reference to similar products.
